The start of a happy project!  The wedding jewelry for my new Daughter-In-Law.  This is how I start my bead embroidery projects - choosing color schemes, bead types, sizes, quantities, etc.. Then shape and placement is drafted (above). The the work begins....  I use felt for the main background and faux suede as the backing material to hide all the stiches. This piece with the earrings took about 5 weeks to complete.
